Composition

Each dose of vaccine contains ≥ 10⁸ EID₅₀ of Newcastle Disease Virus,LaSota strain, Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus ,Mass. M41 strain, ≥ 10⁶ EID₅₀ Infectious Bursal Disease Virus, Intermediate Plus strain, 10⁶ EID₅₀ and ≥ 10⁶ TCID₅₀ of each Avian Reovirus strain prior to inactivation.

Indications

The vaccine is intended for use in breeder birds as booster dose pre lay and mid lay to confer immunity against Newcastle Disease, Avian Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Bursal Disease, and Avian Reovirus infections in breeder. Also to ensure uniform transfer of maternal antibody to progeny.

Route of administration

Subcutaneous or Intramuscular route.

Shelf Life

24 months from date of manufacture.

Storage

Between 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze.

Instructions

Take out vaccine bottle from refrigerator. Bring it to room temperature for vaccination.

1. Use only by S/C or I/M route by using 20/21G ½” needle.
2. Shake bottle before use and frequently during vaccination.

Transport

On ice in thermos flask / thermocol box.
